By purchasing a Peek-A-Scoop, you are participating in a surprise-selection experience. Please read our policy regarding these items below:

- Due to the nature of mystery scoops and the random selection process involved, all sales are final. Once a scoop has been performed (either on or off-camera) and the order has been processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

The "Surprise" Factor By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Items are selected at random.
- We cannot guarantee specific colors, designs, or individual items within a scoop.
- Dislike of the items received (Buyer’s Remorse) is not a valid reason for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Missing Item.
- Damages: If an item arrives broken or damaged that cannot use, please contact us at peekascoop@gmail.com within 24 Hours of delivery.
- Requirements: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping package. We do not pay for the shipping returns.
- Resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
