Welcome to Peek-A-Scoop, LLC By purchasing a Peek-A-Scoop Baby Mystery Scoop Box and Peek-A-Scoop Diaper Discovery Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Peek-A-Scoop Baby Mystery Scoop Box

 1. The Nature of the Peek-A-Scoop baby mystery scoop box.
By purchasing our baby mystery scoop box you acknowledge and agree that: 

Surprise Element: The specific items, colors, patterns, and brands included in your scoop are a surprise. We do not guarantee specific items or "wish list" requests.

Visual Representation: While we may film "scoops" for social media (TikTok/Instagram/Facebook), the scoop you see in a video may not be your specific order unless otherwise stated.

Item Variety: Each scoop is a random selection from our current inventory. You may receive duplicates if you purchase multiple scoops in one transaction or over time. 

2. Sizing : All items in the 0-6/6-12 Months scoop are sized within that range (0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M or 9-12M). You can combine sizing prior to check out but must be aware that it will be ship in one box only. 

Note: Unless you want a different box, please check out seperately. ( This will apply different shipping rate. )

3. Style Selection: You must select your preferred style category (Boy, Girl, or Neutral) at checkout. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction if the incorrect category was selected. You can combine the style selection prior check out but must be aware that it will be in one box only .

Note: Unless you want a different box, please check out seperately. ( This will apply different shipping rate. )

4. Packaging Disclosure: To maintain competitive pricing and minimize shipping costs, items included in the Peek-A-Scoop Baby Mystery Scoop may be removed from their original bulk packaging and thoughtfully repacked. While the exterior packaging may vary, we guarantee that all products are brand new and unused.

5. All Sales Are Final (No Returns/Exchanges) Due to the "mystery" nature of this product and the discounted value provided: 

No Returns: We do not accept returns because you do not like the style, color, or specific items received.

No Exchanges: We cannot exchange individual items from a scoop for different sizes or patterns.

Exceptions: The only exception is if an item arrives damaged or defective. In this case, you must contact us at peekascoop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. 

6. Value Guarantee. We guarantee that the total retail value of the items in your scoop will meet the price paid for the scoop (excluding shipping and taxes). 

7. Shipping and Processing Processing Time: Peek-A-Scoop, LLC baby mystery scoop are hand-picked and packed. Please allow 4-6 business days for processing before shipment. 

8. Shipping Issues: Once the package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.), Peek-A-Scoop, LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 

We do not ship P.O. Box.

9. Safety Warning Small Parts: Some scoops may contain accessories (such as pacifier clips, or teethers). These items should only be used under adult supervision. 

Inspection: Always inspect items for loose threads or small parts before giving them to an infant. Peek-A-Scoop, LLC is not liable for any injury resulting from the misuse of products. 

Peek-A-Scoop Diaper Discovery Box

By purchasing the Diaper Discovery Box, you agree to the following:

• Contents: Each box contains 24 diapers (3 count per brand, 8 brands total).

• Repackaging: Diapers are removed from original bulk packaging and repacked by us in a clean environment. They are no longer in factory-sealed plastic.

• Substitutions: We reserve the right to swap a brand for an equivalent if a specific manufacturer is out of stock.

• Safety & Liability: Every baby’s skin is different. We are not liable for allergic reactions, rashes, or leaks. Use of these samples is at the parent's discretion.

• No Returns: Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened diaper samples.

• Affiliation: We are an independent sampler. We are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the diaper brands included.


Give-A-Scoop & Receive-A-Scoop Terms of Service

• Non-Refundable: All Give-A-Scoop donations are final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to the fulfillment queue.

• Waitlist Fulfillment: Donated amount for scoops are fulfilled in the order they are received and matched with the next person on the Receive-A-Scoop waitlist.

• Shipping: The donation amount covers the cost of the mystery scoop and standard shipping to the recipient.

• Anonymity: To respect everyone’s privacy, both donors and recipients remain anonymous unless both parties explicitly consent to a shout-out.

• No Resale: Items received through the Receive-A-Scoop program are intended for personal use and are not for resale.
