Order Processing Times 
Orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Orders placed after 6 PM EST will start processing the next 2 business days. 

Shipping Methods and Rates
Standard Shipping within USA:  4 to 6 Business Days.
Standard Shipping in Canada: 6 to 12 Business Days.

Baby Scoop: $13.99 8.51 to 9.99 lbs
Baby Scoop: $16.00 10 to max lbs 
Diaper Discovery Pack: $10.99

Weight-Based Canada
Baby Scoop: $26.00 1 to 8.50 lbs
Baby Scoop: $30.00 8.51 to 9.99 lbs
Baby Scoop: $33.00 10 to max lbs 
Diaper Discovery Pack: $20.00

Delivery Estimates 
Delivery times are estimates; expect potential delays due to high volume, weather, or holidays. 

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to USA and Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at peekascoop@gmail.com , and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request

Damaged or Lost Items
Contact us immediately within 24 if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit. Save all packaging.  We do not pay for shipping returns.
